How often should AC units be serviced in Dubai?
For most homes and offices we recommend a full service at least twice a year, with more frequent filter cleaning in dusty or heavily used spaces. Commercial systems are usually serviced monthly or quarterly under a maintenance contract.
Why is my AC running but not cooling?
Common causes include blocked filters, dirty coils, low refrigerant or a failing fan motor or compressor. In most cases our technician can diagnose the fault on the first visit.
Do you install new AC units?
Yes. We supply and install split units and replace failed equipment, sizing the unit for the space and checking the electrical supply before fitting.
Can you service AC units in an occupied office?
Yes. We work area by area or outside business hours, protect furniture and flooring, and keep noise and disruption to a minimum.
