Can you install equipment I have already bought?

Yes. We can fit customer-supplied items such as water heaters, light fittings and appliances, provided they are suitable for the location and the existing supply.

Is there a call-out charge?

Any call-out or inspection charge is confirmed when you book, and every repair is priced before work begins, so there are no surprises on the invoice.

When does a maintenance contract make more sense than one-off repairs?

If you are calling for repairs several times a year, or manage more than one property, an annual maintenance contract is usually more cost-effective and gives you priority response. We are happy to compare both options for you.
